ANNUAL ASBESTOS NOTIFICATION
Asbestos Activity Summary
We're pleased to inform you that Building Administration has continued to respond to the asbestos-in-building issue cautiously and proactively.
Building Administration will continue with its ongoing asbestos operations and maintenance program, including periodic surveillance inspections conducted semi-annually.
In addition, as required by AHERA (EPA), reinspections are conducted by accredited inspectors every three (3) years since the implementation of our management plan.
Please rest assured that the Building Administrations's ongoing efforts to manage and control asbestos-containing materials are focused on providing a safe environment for our building occupants and employees.
