Caden Frank from the Nebraska School Boards Association (NASB) presented the results of the Community Engagement Process. Last January, Weeping Water Public Schools engaged with stakeholders from across the district to gain insight into the needs of the school from the community's perspective. Information was gathered from parents, students, staff, the Board of Education, and the community.

This is the first step in developing a strategic plan to address the concerns, needs, and wishes of our community. The district will be working with NASB to develop specific goals and action plans to meet the needs of our students and community.
