📣 New Academic Support Sessions Beginning March 3 (Grades 9–12)
Weeping Water Families,
Beginning March 3, we will implement Academic Support Sessions after school to help students get caught up on missing work in a structured, supportive environment.
This is not a punishment — it is dedicated time for guidance, accountability, and academic support.
🕓 Time: 4:05–4:35 PM (on school days)
High School students may be assigned if they:
-Have 3+ missing assignments
-Are academically ineligible
-Need additional academic structure
During this time, students will work on missing assignments in a quiet, focused setting with staff support (no phones or non-academic activities).
High School students will attend until they have fewer than 3 missing assignments, as updated in PowerSchool, or until they are excused by the administration. Families will be notified via weekly email if their student is assigned.
Our goal: support students, improve accountability, and keep everyone on track for success.
