WWPS was recognized as a top ten school district in the state for using Nebraska Career Connections career assessments. These assessments help students understand the career fields that suit their interests, skills, and work values.

Coach Hrabik and the HS Boys Basketball team held their first of five youth basketball sessions Thursday evening for grades 3-8. Next session is Saturday morning at 8:00 and 9:15. Youth coaches are invited to attend also #rolltribe

Brayden and Brennan came to visit 3rd grade on Friday to talk to the kids about not only working hard on the field, but the importance of working hard at school too!




HAL students went to Gifford Farm this week to compete in the Science Olympiad. Events included agriculture, natural resources, planetarium jeopardy and drone maneuvers. Our teams earned a first place, two second places and two honorable mentions (4th place.)
