As the upcoming 2022-2023 school year approaches and families prepare their children to start school, the Sarpy-Cass Health Department wants to remind families that the Sarpy-Cass Immunization Clinic is open year round. This is a free clinic, offering all ACIP recommended childhood and influenza immunizations to children 0-18 years of age that meet eligibility requirement.
Eligibility for the free clinic is: Medicaid-Eligible. Medicaid-Enrolled, Uninsured, Underinsured (has health insurance, but vaccines are not covered), or an American Indian/Alaskan Native.

WWPS is looking for someone to line the football field during the fall season, Aug-October. Please contact Michelle Heath, AD, if you would like more information.

The WWPS band will participate in the Limestone Days parade on Saturday, June 25. All members should arrive at school at 9:00 a.m. Meet in the band room. Please wear black pants, black shoes and a lightweight shirt to go under your band polo. Don’t forget your instrument!



The cross country team is hosting its next WW Run Club night this Wednesday the 22nd at 7:00 pm. meet in the school parking lot. Everyone is Welcome.

MS and HS students and parents: please get those physicals and NSAA forms turned into the office before the 1st day of practice to avoid sitting out. Forms are located in the main office and weight room or can be downloaded from https://nsaahome.org/sports-activities-medicine/


Reminder for HS basketball players attending the Morningside camp on Thurs., June 16: Please be at school at 6:00am, bus leaves at 6:15. Morning weights for HS will run at 6:30am and 7:30am. Friday will be a make up day for those attending camp at 5:00am and 6:30am.

Reminder: Middle School weight lifting started on this week. This is a great introduction to lifting before school starts in the fall. They lift Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am.

Anyone that wants to join the xc team for a run tonight we will be meeting in the school parking lot tonight at 7. Be part of our run club.

WW students giving back to the community by helping at the Cattlemen’s Ball today. Groups volunteering this weekend include: football, boys basketball, volleyball, cheer, cross country, and FBLA. #rolltribe

Thank you Mr. McGill for organizing Elementary Fun Day. Due to the rain, the rotations and activities had to be revised some and moved inside. The kids still had fun! Thank you to the high school students for helping and PTO for providing lunch.
